Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Seeks to Round Out its Roster of Builders and Sponsors for Popular Annual Event Set for April 22-23, April 29-30 & May 6-7, 2023
ATLANTA, GA—Marking the largest spring showcase of homes in Metro Atlanta, the Parade of Homes returns to the delight of Atlanta-area real estate professionals and homebuyers over the course of three weekends in April and May. As the organizer of the Parade, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) is issuing a last call for builders to participate. Presenting an incredible opportunity to showcase their model, spec, and pre-sold homes to a steady stream of homebuyers, builder applications must be received by March 17 to be included in promotional materials.
“As a result of our robust marketing program for the Parade of Homes, participating builders benefit from increased visibility, traffic to their communities and people through the front door of their model and spec homes,” said Corey Deal, GAHBA Executive Officer.
Every home in the Parade is constructed by a builder member of The Greater Atlanta of Home Builders Association or other charter Association under the National Association of Home Builders. Builders that have already signed on to participate in the 2023 Parade of Homes include David Weekley Homes, Smith Douglas, Meritage, Adams Homes, and the JW Collection. Builders who wish to participate but are not currently GAHBA members can complete a membership application before filling out a Parade of Homes registration form. Parade of Homes registration forms are available on the Parade of Homes website at www.atlhomesparade.com. To access the registration form, they can click the “Enter Your New Homes Here” button on the home page.
In addition to builders, Parade of Homes planners are also on the march to augment their roster of sponsors of the event. Pella® Window & Door of Georgia has already secured the role of Title Sponsor, with 2-10 Buyers Warranty serving as Silver Sponsor. The Parade of Homes will take place throughout Metro Atlanta April 22-23, April 29-30, and May 6-7. Hours for this FREE self-guided tour of homes will be Saturdays from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Prospective attendees are encouraged to download the Atlanta Parade of Homes app – available for download through the App Store and Google Play.
