DURHAM, NC—Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston is pleased to announce Sondra Trice-Jones as our Managing Broker-In-Charge for our Durham sales office.
Sondra joins CBHPW from Ultra Realty Inc, where she was the CEO, Broker-In-Charge, and Principal Agent.
Sondra brings her extensive experience in the real estate industry to CBHPW and over 40+ years as a resident of the Raleigh/Durham area. In 2020, she was selected to attend the Triangle REALTORS Leadership Academy, a prestigious year-long program through which REALTORS learn essential skills for taking a leadership role in their industry.
One of the many qualities that make Sondra shine is her commitment to volunteering. She serves on the Economic Development Committee at her church and several Real Estate Committees, some of which include the Durham Public Schools Education Committee and NC Realtors Housing Foundation Board of Directors.
Sondra’s strong skillsets will greatly assist our growth and mission of Helping People Win.
