Our Team Named Twin Cities Real Estate Agents of the Month

MINNEAPOLIS (Jul. 7, 2016) – Real Estate Agent Magazine Twin Cities is pleased to announce that Our Team was named Real Estate Agents of the Month for July 2016.

Chuck Brooks, founded Our Team – RE/MAX Results about 13 years ago with the hopes of expanding business through better servicing his clients. In doing so, he added longtime friend Scott Schultz, and seasoned REALTORS® Amy Piggee, James Brooks, Kyle Babcock, Stan Weber, Nancy Yang, Dave and Alaina Libman. Between the nine agents, they have a vast range of experience and skills to aid the team in flourishing.

One unique approach that sets the team apart from other real estate teams is that all agents receive equal leadership so that not one person is considered the “leader” despite seniority. While many consider Chuck a great mentor and leader of the group, Chuck himself remains quite humble and proud of his team.

The uniqueness doesn’t end there. The backgrounds of these agents are incredibly diverse from speaking different languages to leading significantly different careers before joining the team and truly defining teamwork. Piggee was working as a paralegal and has a legal background, which allows her to flourish in negotiations and drafting contracts. Weber is a former military veteran who had the intention of a short-term goal with Our Team, but shortly realized that he found his real estate home. Dave and Alaina Libman bring the husband-wife approach, expecting their first child late-summer, with Alaina leaving her human services industry to pursue a career with Dave in real estate. Babcock used to be a radio DJ and loved living in the mountains, but has since transitioned to a more pragmatic career in real estate. Yang is of Hmong descent and remains actively involved within the Hmong communities throughout the Minneapolis area. James followed in his father (Chuck)’s footsteps and says that working with him is fun. Schultz is a golf instructor and owns a custom club fitting and corporate golf merchandise shop for the past 20 years.
